RATES INCLUDE: All linen for bed, bath and beach, local telephone use, the use of a canoe, sunfish and two kayaks. All paper goods: toilet tissue, towels, plates, cups and most all cleaning supplies. Firewood is provided. Peak week rental is from Saturday (Noon) to Saturday (10 AM).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
An Administration Fee of $50.00 will be deducted from all refunds.

PEAK SEASON:	Refund only if re-rented.
OFF SEASONS:	Refund if cancellation is 30 days or more before arrival. If less than 30 days notice given, a refund is only made if re-rented.
