OFF SEASON
September 5, 2009 through June 11, 2010	$4,500 Per Week	*MPR is $3,600
September 4, 2010 through June 10, 2011	$4,500 Per Week	*MPR is $3,600
*MPR = Minimum Pro Rate

Wedding receptions are limited to 90 people
OTHER FEES
Refundable Security/Damage/Cleaning Deposit	$700
The limit on overnite guests is 25, not including babies

RATES INCLUDE: All linen for bed, bath and beach, local telephone use, the use of a canoe, sunfish and two kayaks. All paper goods: toilet tissue, towels, plates, cups and most all cleaning supplies. Firewood is provided. Peak week rental is from Saturday (2 PM) to Saturday (10 AM).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
An Administration Fee of $50.00 will be deducted from all refunds.

PEAK SEASON:	Refund only if re-rented.
OFF SEASONS:	Refund if cancellation is 30 days or more before arrival. If less than 30 days notice given, a refund is only made if re-rented.
